Defamation and Liable.

MRISG are not in the business of the defamation or harm of any group, organisation or individuals.  However, the collection of stories from and about individuals, groups and companies is exactly what we are about.  This process is a legitimate means of communicating and brigading support and resources for those who believe they have been harmed by the actions of another.  Just because publication of those experiences is not liked by others does not make them less valid or true. We will make every effort to ensure that we do not liable any individual, group or company when editing this site but evidenced accounts of treatment of individuals, groups or companies will be used.  We have no intention of harming any individual, group or company in this process so to ensure a balanced content we have provided means for anyone to communicate their thoughts and complaints directly to the website editors.  The right to reply and be heard is a principle the MRISG have until now been denied.  However still offer it to others here so their rights are not violated. 

The MRISG also reserve the right to publish any material or communication received from any individual, group, company or their legal representatives.

Furthermore freedom of speech is recognized in European, inter-American and African regional human rights law.
